Founded in 1992, SMI Facility Services is a full service commercial cleaning company, providing a wide array of facility services to commercial and industrial customers in the New Mexico, Arizona and Texas.

In 2001 SMI Facility Services expanded their service field to include landscape maintenance, minor remodeling, handyman services, lighting management and more, to better meet the demand of our customer’s service needs.
